Your pain description sounds of muscular nature specially if there is no relation with exertion which excludes heart pain sometimes if you suffer from flu or cold the covering of lungs can be inflamed and one can experience pain in deep breathing I suggest to have a routine ECG chest X-ray and bloods if all normal just try pain killer like and you can try Nuberol forte tablet twice a day for few days and see how you feel

Dude, I don't think it's a heart related. It looks like a sack that encloses with a drawstring.
So It is Costo-Condral pain.
Get an ECG to get proof of what I'm saying. If this ECG is normal, consider it a Costo-Condral pain.

Although young people are less likely to to have coronary disease but your symptoms come on exertion so we should be careful and proceed with work up. Preferably consult local cardiologist who will do ECG, Echo and fasting sugar and lipids. A stress test or stress MIBI will help. Alternatively you can go for CT angiography in place of stress test.
