Talk to Cardiologist on Cardiologist. Pls Help

I have been taking indrel to slow down my heart rate and stop my palpitations. Successfully my heart rate has slowed down 60s it's 100 above in morning before taking medicine. my palpitations are still there can feel it through neck too and this weird full pain on my heart or chest. when I take a deep breath there like this crack sound comes from my chest. 1 month before got ECG done came back normal, cholesterol too. And it feels like something stuck in breast bone and weird feeling in throat.
