Beta blockers are not first line medications to control BP. So none should be used to control BP.
beta blockers are 4th line in treatment for hypertension. So it come in play when others are not working . Nebivolol is indicated for hypertension purpose more than others

Pulse 80 to 90 beat are reasonable.. if u have symptoms like palpitation or dizziness along with pulse rate more than 100bpm then rule out cause.. continue ur antidepressant medicine nd try to busy.. took healthy diet nd walk.
