Helo nicely u manage ur self after angioplasty.. gud thing doctor want compliance of drugs, exercise, diet control and risk factor control like diabetes nd obesity.. follow up must to know blood pressure, heart rate nd blood parameters like creatinine, hemoglobin, lipid profile.. if ur compliance gud, heart healthy diet nd regular exercise don’t worry about stent restenosis..

So plz take my appointment online at Marham and let me know.
Remarkable reduction in the risk factors. you better stay compliant to your drugs
, life style changes and regular follow up at your cardiologist clinic. he will monitor your physical parameters and blood chemistry. he will tailor your drugs accordingly. In a patients so compliant like you perfectly patient stents can be expected after twelve years. Abrupt stent closure is least likely in your case. gradual narrowing will give you symptoms for which further work up will guide

first of all, congratulations for actively tackling your health issues. reduction of HBA1c, quiting of smoking and reducing so much weight is commendable. just keep taking your medications and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and you will be fine. its natural for a heart disease patient to fear another heart attack but my suggestion is don't think about it this much. you are doing everything right and iskay baad Allah tallah ki marzi. yes. you should get your echocardiography done. it will help in future management.
