In abroad Doctor has prescribed me to use BRILINTA (TICAGRELOR 90mg) tablet twice a day for 01 Year duration after Angioplasty. Since i return back to Pakistan i am unable to find BRILINTA (TICAGRELOR) medicine in Pakistan, Could you please prescribe me substitute medicine in place of BRILINTA (TICAGRELOR). Thanks in Advance
