Assalamoalaikum I have allergy symptoms from many years but they seem to have worsened from the last 3 to 4 years. I used to take anti-allergy tablets and get relief but from last 3 years i have to use nasal spray and anti allergy daily otherwise all this allergy comes back. Mostly i face this condition from end march to end september while i feel better and relieved in other months. please recommend me real cure, i am also concerned about the side effects of fluticasone and antial. please suggest if they are safe to take for almost 6 months every year?
Where do you live in Pakistan.
Take following medicines
1 Cap Cefspan 400 mg once daily for 7 days
2. Tab Fexit 60 mg twice daily continuously
3. Tab Aerokast 10 mg once daily continuously
Syp Muconyl 2 tablespoon full twice daily
Get you preliminary Allergy test HIC test after about one month and then depending on result of test get your vaccination done.

I can't comment on these symptoms as far as diagnosis is concerned. It can be type I hypersensitivity reaction or allergy. Before management I will like to know confirm diagnosis and if it is allergy what is its severity and is it reversible or not. For this I will recommend Histamine or Methacholine inhalation challenge (HIC or MIC) test.
Treatment is based on diagnosis.
Prolong use of Antial or steroid is not safe.
