I am satisfied with the doctor.
Sadaf Inayat is wonderful person and a superb therapist. It was our first experience and she didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all. she is a very good listener and doesn't judge. our sessions are still going but we can see the difference. she gave us some exercise to do and taught us management techniques, which really really helped. I would strongly recommend her. May Allah bless her always.

Dr. Sadaf is an amazing therapist who listens intently and her cognitive behavioral therapy method is really helping me identify and fix my behavior patterns. My depression and anxiety are much better now with her help and I'm sure they'll improve much more with continued therapy. I'm really glad I started therapy with her because she has been extremely cooperative with me and has made the whole experience as comfortable for me as possible.

I was through a very rough patch when found Sadaf through marham. I was struggling with depression, PTSD and suicidal thoughts which were making my day to day life almost dysfunctional. I found Sadaf extremely professional and her expertise in clinical psychology are second to none. I have come a long way since the sessions started. After reaping benefits of therapy myself I referred my spouse as well who now has developed much better stress and anxiety management skills. I strongly recommend Sadaf to anyone struggling with any kind of mental health issue.
