I started seeing Ms Arshma Shahzad on recommendation of a friend. I desperately needed help at that time and I felt relieved after my first session with her. After that, I continued to see her and had around 10 sessions over a period of one year. I am a changed person now and don't need to see a psychologist anymore. She is a very good listener. I recommend her to young people having difficulty dealing with emotions.

Highly recommended psychologist. She is a good listener, quite cooperative, and educates properly regarding mental health issues. My experience has been good, she has helped me through my depression and anxiety. Even after taking therapy, I can still come to her for any troubles regarding my mental health.
