I was having some Relationship issues. A friend recommended me to go for a psychiatrist or psychologist. I didn't know to choose whom. After a little research i got to know i don't need nay medications just some sessions of counseling and therapy. I went to her, she listened to me carefully, Understood my problem and gave me advises. It was just one session. And i am already on a better track. But surely will go for second session to be on a normal track. Strong Recommendations!
