She is highly competent and sympathetic person. She attends the problem carefully in a very professional way. Also informs patient with all possible choices. Overall I rate her 5/5

If there was an option of completely satisfied, I would have chosen that. Dr. Ruqayya is an exceptional surgeon beyond words. She did my laparoscopic appendectomy and I thank God every day that she was the my surgeon. Besides being the best surgeon, she is such a humble and wonderful person. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and all your questions are answered and that you're on the same page as her. She cares about her patients so much that she even makes herself available on Sundays to help you out. She is so patient that no matter how many times you discuss your post-operative problems with her, she always answers so humbly and never makes you wait. I was so so touched by all her actions!!! I would highly recommend everyone out there that it's a blessing for you, if she is your surgeon. I am myself a medical student and she has become my ideal doctor from the day I met her.
