Since I can't control my cravings for processed food, Bakery products and also sugar in any form that leads me to put off so much weight. Than one of my family member who was also getting consultation from her, recommended Ms Rida. Her way of counselling and diet helped me alot to put off weight in a healthy way. I am very grateful to her for understanding my situation and working with me accordingly.
