I was advised by my doctor to consult a Dietician for help in reducing my cholesterol levels and in losing some weight. My Dietitian Ayesha gave me great advice on the kinds of foods to eat to help me to do so and what times of the day to eat certain foods in order to keep my energy levels up. She also gave me some recipes to use and the ones I have tried so far have been delicious. Ayesha is very helpful and is willing to spend time explaining her suggestions to you, without making you feel that if you eat something “bad” you are a failure. I know that I can call on her at any time, if I have any questions related to diet.

Ms. Ayesha gave me the motivation, encouragement and convinced me to take path of health. She is very patient and always listen to her patients properly. She always take an extra mile to help her patients. With her help and guidance, I not only lost a lot of weight but also improved my health condition.
