Anum is a great listener and very professional. I have been taking sessions from her for over two months now, but she still remembers the conversations we had in the initial sessions. I started feeling improvement in myself from the first session only. She is very attentive and responds to each and every query that you may have. Before visiting Dr anum for my therapeutic sessions i was going to someone else but that did not turn out to be of any help as it wasn't confidential and i felt betrayed however getting assigned to Dr anum has been a tremendous success for me as she had seen me at my worst and helped me work my way up through everything. She has been there for me as a professional which with time turned into a great bond where I didn't for once felt judged or betrayed. I've personally had a great experience with her and would highly recommend her to anyone who's afraid to seek out for help, she will surely help you out and bring out the best version of yourself. Choosing Anum as my psychologist was my best decision ever. She helped me fight my Anxiety issues and made me a happy person again. She made me change my negative thoughts into positive ones and emphasised on restricting myself from activities that hindered my mindset. She also kept a check on my homework and she used to contact me to know if I was okay, which was satisfying. I felt free to talk to her regarding any matters, she made me feel like home.
