At first I was thinking how will I open my self to a Psychiatrist a person completely unknown to me ...but Dr Anosha's kind sweet and humble nature made it too easier to me ... I was depressed full of anxiety and negative thoughts but in just one meet and one counseling I felt my happy self back ...the positive me back ...she is so professional and is a good listener with such concern for her patients in her eyes .... I thought it would be hard for me to open up to her but Dr Anoousha polite and humble nature made up to me in minutes ... She is such a sweet person ... A good listener and best adviser ... She made clear my mind so well...and while talking to her I even thought that depression, I was having for days has just gone by or I never had it ... Her methods and most importantly way of understanding is worth it ... After month I found myself relaxed and out of those scary thoughts that I had had .... She is surely a GEM ... ❤️

I have been having issues regarding my behavior and personality due to major depressive disorder it was really hard to communicate with my fellows without getting stressed out or irritated fortunately i found doctor anoosha and started my counseling she helped me control my thoughts before her my thoughts were controlling me and she changed my life made me recognize my life which is beautiful without all the stress and i think that any other person going through same issues as me deserve to learn how to handle there thoughts, depression and life problems maturely which is impossible without proper counseling so i highly recommend dr.Anoosha for counseling .

Aoa Sab se pehle meh doc sahiba ka buht shukriya adda krna chahti hun. Meh wou insaaan thi jo raat ko soo nahi paati thi jis ki wajah se mujhe maslay start hovay. Fr 1 din meri tbyt buht zayda kharab hogae tw mujhe in k pas lay jaya gaya mujje attacks any shuru hovay Lakin fr doc sahiba se 5 session leny k bad ab alhamdoulillah meh kaafi behtr mehsoos krti hun. Mein buht khush hun aur yeh btana chahti hun k agr kisi ko b aesa kuch masla hai tw yeh doc sahiba beghair zayda dwaaiyu k pandaal ky apka ilaaj kr sakti hain. Mein baqi logo ko b ink baray meh buht achy ilfaaz meh btati hun. Mujhe yeh comment likhty vy buhat khushi ho rhi hai meh bata nahi sakti. I am very happy
