I have been taking weekly hour-long sessions from Dr Zainab for the past couple of months. Growing up as an anxious high schooler and then continuing on with my higher studies in the same erratic state that I have been stuck with since childhood, I decided to shun all stigma attached to mental therapy and contact Dr Zainab on a friend's suggestion who had been a patient of hers back in the day when she used to practise at PIMS in Islamabad. Her sessions feel like you are meeting up with an old colleague over a cup of tea, in other words, she is unlike other professionals who make you feel unable to fully express yourself due to their know-it-all attitude. With her assistance, I am in the process of gradually untying all these past knots of a troubled childhood. This conjoint effort of ours being reflected in me getting better grades.
