Dr Zahra was the second therapist I had sessions with and to put it simply: she turned my life around. She's careful but clever with her choice of words. Gave me enough autonomy to help myself but stayed as constant support besides me throughout my journey. She's gentle and accepting. Her aura makes you comfortable which makes it easier to share the parts of yourself you usually wouldn't open up to others about easily. Would always seek her guidance throughout my struggles. An absolutely lovely human being who is exceptional in her work. May Allah bless her for the impact she has had on my life.

It has been an amazing experience with Zahra. She helped me with my depression and anxiety. I had trouble getting comfortable with anyone and wasn't able to share my problems easily but she was very patient and her way of counselling was great.

Doctor Zahra is one of the best psychologist in Islamabad. She is very professional, devoted and committed towards her clients. She has a very strong grip in her profession and she always digs the root cause of different behaviours and psychological issues through her professional techniques. She has been successfully resolving my issues in a very systematic and orderly way and that too very practical. She in not only a life saver but a life changer. I have been to many psychologists but couldn't get the support and therapies to come out of my issues of melancholy until I meet Ms Zahra. Now I always recommend her to my close ones as well. She is very polite, humble and treats her clients with great respect, care and full concentration. I would say that you cant find a better psychologist than Doctor Zahra for all your issues.
